This cookie policy explains which cookies and similar technologies jonas-vingegaard.com (Jonas Vingegaard Cykling) uses and how you can control them yourself. In short: we use no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, which is why we do not ask for your consent in a cookie banner.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They can remember settings, keep a site secure or – in the case of analytics and advertising cookies – follow how you move around the web. Similar technologies include local storage in the browser and tracking pixels. Under Danish and EU rules, cookies that are not strictly necessary require your consent.
Cookies on jonas-vingegaard.com
The site sets no cookies to recognise you, measure your behaviour or show targeted ads. Our visit statistics are anonymous, run on our own server and work entirely without cookies; they do not store your IP address either. We use no third-party analytics such as Google Analytics and no ad networks.
The technical platform the site is delivered from may occasionally set a strictly necessary cookie, for example to protect the site against automated attacks. Such cookies do not identify you, are not used for marketing and do not require consent.
Results, race schedule and photos
Results, the race schedule, his UCI ranking and photos are loaded from our own server. No content from the UCI, ProCyclingStats, the race organisers, Wikimedia Commons or other third parties is loaded in your browser, so they cannot set cookies through our site.
When you leave the site
If you click a link to another website – for example a race’s official site, a broadcaster, the source of a photo or an ad labelled “Ad” – you leave our site. The site you land on may set its own cookies under its own cookie policy, which we do not control. How partner links work is explained in our privacy policy.
How to delete or block cookies
You can view, delete and block cookies in your browser at any time:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies or Delete browsing data.
- Safari: Settings → Privacy (on iPhone: Settings → Safari).
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
Blocking all cookies may affect how some websites work, but our pages remain fully readable without them.
Changes and contact
If we ever introduce cookies that require consent, we will update this page and ask for your consent before they are set. Questions about cookies can be sent to info@jonas-vingegaard.com or via our contact page. Last updated: 25 October 2026.
