Jonas Vingegaard Photos

A gallery of Jonas Vingegaard photos from the races and the celebrations – all free-licence, with the photographer named.

Updated 25 October 2026 ·

Here you will find Jonas Vingegaard photos with a free licence – pictures from Wikimedia Commons that the photographers themselves have released for free use. The gallery runs from his days as a young ColoQuick rider in 2017, through the Tour wins and the 2022 celebration in Copenhagen, to Paris–Nice and the Tour de France in 2026. The photographer and licence are given with every picture.

Free-licence photos of Jonas Vingegaard

Every picture in the gallery is on Wikimedia Commons under a Creative Commons licence (CC BY, CC BY-SA) or released into the public domain as CC0. We wrote the captions from each photo's date and description on Commons. The gallery is not a complete collection – it contains the pictures whose rights are clear.

Several of these photos also appear elsewhere on the site, including the pages on the Copenhagen celebration, Jonas Vingegaard at the Tour de France and his career year by year.

How you may use the photos

Free-licence photos can be used by anyone, commercially too, but the licence has conditions. Under CC BY and CC BY-SA you must credit the photographer and the licence, ideally with a link to the photo's page on Wikimedia Commons. Under CC BY-SA, an edited version must also be shared under the same licence. Photos released as CC0 can be used without credit, although naming the photographer is still good practice.

There are no photos of his family in the gallery. Trine and the children are private individuals, and we do not publish private photos – not even ones shared on social media.

Official photos from the team, the races and Instagram

Most professional press photos of Jonas Vingegaard are taken by photo agencies and the team's own photographers, and they are not freely available. If you are looking for official pictures, these are the main places:

  • The team: Visma | Lease a Bike has photos and news about him on its official rider page.
  • The race organisers: the Tour de France (letour.fr), Giro d'Italia (giroditalia.it) and Vuelta a España (lavuelta.es) run photo galleries from the races; use is governed by the organisers' own terms.
  • His own Instagram: Jonas Vingegaard shares pictures on Instagram as @jonasvingegaard, and his official website is jonasvingegaard.dk.

Pictures on his Instagram and from the races belong to him, the team or the photographers. You may share a post using the platform's own features, but you may not copy the image and use it on your own site without permission.

Copyright – what you need to know

A photo is protected by copyright even if it is freely visible online. Without a free licence or an agreement with the photographer, you may not use it on a website, in a newspaper or in marketing. The press and businesses usually buy licences from photo agencies. We do not sell photos and cannot grant permission to use pictures taken by others.
